If you wish to return your goods due to change of mind, you can return them to Lorenzo Life within 7 days of delivery and notify us via email to email@example.com. We will be more than happy to exchange your sunglasses for different style or colour, or for a store credit for your next purchase. This applies to your first purchase only and cannot be done on a second or third return.
In the event of any damage, to return your Lorenzo Sunglasses you must provide a detailed account of all defects encountered, detailed photos and description of the issues pertaining to the product, along with your order number and submit these via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
All returned products irrespective of reason must have all their accessories, packaging and labels intact for return and must be unused. In the event that Lorenzo Life identifies the product has been used, damaged/mishandled by the customer, Lorenzo Life reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement of the goods.
Should you need to return your product to Lorenzo Life, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Lorenzo Life.
Please ensure your shipping details and contact details are accurate, Lorenzo Life will not be liable for replacement of any products shipped to a wrong address due to shipping details being supplied incorrectly.
