We use Australia Post for all our shipping. We provide a tracking number once your package has been prepared and picked up from our distribution warehouse.

If your tracking link does not work immediately, try again later within a few hours as registration of the package at Australia Post can often be delayed.

We are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of your country's customs requirements.
