We do our best to ensure that all product information is accurate and current however occasionally errors are made and information becomes outdated, should this happen we will update incorrect information as soon as we become aware of it. Should an error be realised after your order has been processed we will notify you of this via email.
Images of products are actual images of the products that are retailed on our site, however depending on photography lighting and different batches of products, colours may slightly vary to the images shown on our site and no image will identically reflect the colour of the sunglasses, particularly so for our chrome lenses, which photograph slightly different to the actual product.
Our site is updated regularly and we aim to provide availability for all products advertised, however occasionally for reasons outside our control we may be unable to provide one of these products to you after you have made payment, in this situation we will contact you and offer you another product or a refund should we be unable to offer a product to your satisfaction.
See Shipping for all information related to shipping and customs. At time of shipping all risk of loss and damage passes to you upon despatch from our warehouse.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind, however please notify us should your product be received faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns page for all information on returns.
YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION
When you purchase something from Lorenzo Life as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you provide us with this personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you breach our Terms and Conditions.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

When you access our site you are indemnifying us from any and all damages, costs, expenses associated with the use of our site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We have taken all care in ensuring the information on our site is current and accurate, however we do not provide any implied or expressed warranty of fitness for any particular purpose or merchantability.
Should a Force Majeure event occur that causes a delay of any kind of more than 30 days, we may notify you to terminate your order and/or this Agreement.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We take care to ensure our site is not affected by any virus, malware, trojan, worm, etc, however we are not liable for any damage caused to you, your information or your property by our site or any linked site.

We abide by the Fair Trading Act 1987 (WA) and Trade practices Act 1974 (Cth): Parts IVA, V, VA and VC, and Western Australian Law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts. Should any part of these terms and conditions become outdated, invalid, or in conflict with any Western Australian Law, that section of the terms and conditions is declared null and void with the remaining terms and conditions remaining in full force and effect.
